Hi Everyone,

I would like to thank all of the Committee for their help with the last General Meeting as I was unable to attend due to ill health. Thanks also to Walkinshaw Performance for giving a great talk about their products that they have for our cars.

The day at Speed on the tweed was well attended and I’m sure everyone had a good day. Thanks must go to Rod Thiesfield for all his help for this event.

The All Holden Day Car Show at Carina also at Toowoomba were both very well attended, congratulations to all who won their categories, also to our club for winning best club display at Carina. A great job once again by Matthew Muller, thanks for all his tireless work. Also thanks to everyone else who helped on both these days. Also thanks to Tom & Yvonne for transporting the club trailer.

The Navigation run followed by a Sausage Sizzle and Guided Tour of the Aussie Muscle Car Museum will happen during the printing of this magazine, I will give a report in the next issue.

The weekend away at Gympie has been postponed until next year also the night at PWR Performance has been postponed until February, this event will be held in conjunction with the Monaro Club when it happens. Both of these events were postponed due to lack of support.

Please don’t forget our Christmas break-up at Colleges Crossing on the 7th December. Lunch will be supplied by the club; also Santa will be there for the kids. There will be more about this day later in the magazine.

The last General meeting for 2008 will be at Barton City Holden at Woolloongabba at 7.30pm on the 28th November.
